How these survivors guides fit together
A Survivor has a shared team goal but several ways to contribute. Mist clearing advances the clock, a useful chase can occupy the Killer, and support abilities can help someone reach the next opportunity. Start by deciding which moment you want your build to handle rather than assuming every player should make the same purchase.
Appearance does not decide that role. Presets, accessories, animations and voices shape the vessel you create; equipped abilities supply the gameplay options. The same distinction applies to Killer skins and chase audio covered in this directory: presentation can change without establishing a separate kit or an exact detection distance.
